About The Position

  • Job Title:** Registered Nurse **Job Specialty:** Medical Surgical **Job Duration:** 6 weeks **Shift:** Night 3×12-Hour (18:00 – 07:15) **Guaranteed Hours:** **Experience:** 1 Year Minimum **License:** Must provide proof of license at time of submission **Certifications:** Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred **Must-Have:** COVID-19 and Flu Vaccines (Medical/Religious Exemptions and Declinations Allowed) **Job Description:** – Manage patient care for 6-8 patients per day on a medical-surgical unit. – Work collaboratively with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care. – Utilize Epic charting system for documentation and patient records. – Adhere to hospital policies and procedures regarding staffing, float requirements, and patient care standards. – Follow guidelines for requesting time off and providing notice for any absences. – Maintain professional and clean presentation with solid color scrubs and closed-toed shoes. – Ensure compliance with hospital and state-mandated health and safety regulations. – Complete required modules during orientation, which are billable. – Discuss weekend requirements and floating responsibilities during the interview process. – Must have reliable transportation and provide interview availability with submission.
