Job Requirements

• Minimum Experience: 2 years case management
• Consider 1st time traveler: No, must have prior travel experience
• Mandatory Skills: Recent Epic experience, clear communication skills, discharge planning experience, patient progression experience, ability to collaborate with other disciplines
• Required Certifications: WA RN License, BLS, BSN or Associates Degree in Nursing
