Your role
Interested in working in finance, specifically to support Corporate Clients, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?
We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Corporate and Institutional Clients (CIC) Graduate Talent Program in Switzerland.
You’ll Get To
- prepare pitch documents
- analyze markets, locations and real estate portfolios
- create real estate valuations
- communicate with investors
- compile professional sales documentations (Teaser, Information Memorandum)
- support the execution of the due diligence process (establishing data rooms, etc.)
- organize and execute site visits
Your team
You’ll be working in our Real Estate Advisory Team in Zurich that is part of Corporate Finance Switzerland. The team is one of the leading real estate M&A advisors in Switzerland with 20 highly motivated transaction managers in three locations (Zurich, Lausanne, Geneva).
We are managing real estate sell-side projects throughout Switzerland. The team executes more than 60 transaction per year with an average annual value of CHF 1.5 billion. We are a young and dynamic team with great team spirit and an excellent work atmosphere.
Your expertise
We’re Looking For a Candidate Who
- has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree within the last 18 months
- has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
- is native in German and proficient in English, additional languages are a plus
- has good communication skills and is comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
- has a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality (you’re a people person)
- has a high interest in real estate, financial markets, transaction/project-business and selling
- has an autonomous, diligent and detail-oriented work style
- has the ability to stay on track, even when dealing with tight deadlines in different mandates at the same time
- has a very good command of the Microsoft Office suite

Your program
Our Graduate Talent Program is 18-months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of corporate and institutional clients. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
