Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Business Administration, HE Administration, Quality Management, or a related field).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HE accreditation or regulatory compliance.
  • Familiarity with local (MoE/CAA/ADEK) and international accreditation processes.
  • Strong organizational skills in managing multi-step accreditation projects.

Job Description

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards, including MoE/CAA/ADEK and international agencies.
  • Assist academic units in preparing accreditation documentation, such as self-study reports, and ensure all submissions are complete and timely.
  • Track accreditation timelines and prepare for site visits, ensuring that relevant documentation and processes are in place.
  • Conduct periodic internal audits to assess compliance and readiness for accreditation visits.

General Conditions

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office particularly Microsoft Excel and ability to model advanced formulas with strong analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in English language, capable of communicating effectively both spoken and written forms.
  • Willingness to provide all necessary and required services to the university.
