Chemistry Associate Scientist (Wuxi)

Undertake day-to-day operations within the scientific Discipline. The Associate Scientist will display breadth and depth of technical knowledge and experience and will work with relative independency but still under direction and supervision.

Roles & Responsibility ????

• Undertake daily lab operation work within the discipline as required.
• Execute experiments.
• Maintain clear records of experimental work.
• Act in accordance with all company policies on personnel, SHE, etc.

Job Requirement ????

• Minimum Requirements
• –Education and Experience
• Fresh Master or Bachelor education with 3+ years of lab experience or equivalent
• Skills and Capabilities
• Solid understanding of theoretical aspects of discipline and the ability to perform experimental techniques safely and efficiently.
• Execute experiments that contribute significantly to project goals
• Highly productive: consistently generates high quality results within established time frames.
• Communicates effectively with colleagues at all levels.
• Identifies and rapidly informs supervisor and colleagues of issues critical to attainment of project goals.
• Is reliable, has strong work ethic, and respect for colleagues.
• Commitment to team goals.
