Remote Staff Development Manager for US-based Company

Job Description: Julia Valler Event Staffing is a high-end event staffing company specializing in private and corporate events. Founded in 2013, the company operates in New York, Miami, Los Angeles, Houston, Chicago and Las Vegas. We are growing rapidly and seeking a Staff Development Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be building relationships with company’s employees, educating them, managing their engagement and performance and ensuring smooth communication. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance communication and cultivate lasting relationships with company employees
• Build employee loyalty and foster a positive vision of the company
• Oversee quality control of communication with employees
• Update and conduct onboarding programs for new staff
• Enforce guidelines and company policies
• Investigate legal issues in close collaboration with the company’s attorney; complete reports and maintain appropriate documentation
• Monitor and evaluate employee performance quality
• Conduct regular assessments of staff engagement
• Manage pay raises

Requirements:

• HR experience 1+ year
• Strong command of corporate language standards
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize tasks
• Familiarity with recruitment processes
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Superb interpersonal skills and a positive, professional attitude
• Goal-oriented, persistent, and organized with strong time-management capabilities
• Fluent English (mandatory)
• High-speed internet connection

Terms and Conditions:

• Fully remote position
• Base salary $1500/month
• Full-time schedule (40 hours per week), 5 days a week; standard office hours are 9:00 AM–5:30 PM EST. However, due to event coverage, work days and hours may vary, including weekends and evenings.
• Weekly payments via direct deposit
