Role Overview
- Provides comprehensive administrative support to the division, handling all logistics (venue, catering and transportation requests) for division events. This also involves coordinating meeting, travel and conference arrangements, such as booking hotel accommodations and plane tickets for business travel.
- Prepares and submits expense reports, creates purchase requests for vendor payments, and ensures accurate classification and upload of expenses to the system.
- Manages the inventory of supplies by processing and tracking purchase requisitions for materials, equipment, and services required by the division.
- Serves as the division’s Asset Custodian and ensures issuance and collection of tools of trade as needed
- Coordinates document and courier requests.
- Provides general service to division members by assisting with issues related to portals and other systems.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of Business, Management, or any related discipline
- Open to fresh graduates
- Adept in MS Office Suite (i.e. MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Has the ability to multi-task between projects and operations
- Good written and oral English communication skills
- Ability to build strong working relationships, internal to the organization
- Has strong analysis and problem-solving skills
