Taylor Hospitality is seeking a talented Marketing Content Creator to join our team and help bring the unique experiences of our hotels, restaurants, and other hospitality venues to life. Compensation: $48,000 / per year + compensation for travel expenses

Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality visual content, including photography and videography, to showcase our properties, dining experiences, and hospitality offerings across digital platforms. This will require travel to different properties (VA, WV, MD, KY).
- Develop engaging written and visual content tailored for social media channels, websites, and marketing campaigns to attract and retain guests.
- Collaborate with property managers and marketing teams to design and implement comprehensive content strategies that highlight the unique aspects of each venue.
- Edit and optimize video and photo content to ensure alignment with brand standards and audience preferences.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of creative assets according to campaign deadlines.
- Track, analyze, and report on content performance metrics to continuously improve audience engagement and marketing effectiveness.
- Explore and incorporate innovative trends and tools in digital media to keep Taylor Hospitality at the forefront of the industry.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in photography, videography, and content creation, preferably in the hospitality, travel, or lifestyle sectors.
- Strong proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
- Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to convey the essence of an experience through visual and written content.
- A creative mindset and a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities for content ideas.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, SEO best practices, and digital marketing tools.
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a keen eye for detail.
