The Coordinator Recruiting position is a pivotal role within our team, responsible for supporting the recruitment process and ensuring a positive experience for candidates and business partners alike.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist the Recruiting team with managing the flow of incoming requisition requests and scheduling interviews.
- Create a positive candidate experience with scheduling, assisting with applications, and answering basic questions.
- Follow process guidelines and procedures with a focus on details.
- Provide timely communication to business, candidates, and vendors as needed.
- Conduct research and analysis to resolve inquiries as needed. Document all issues and track resolution through to completion ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Screen resumes and candidates based upon skills and capabilities. Support Recruiters with the offer process.
- Initiate and monitor background checks for pending new hires.

What’s Needed – Basic Qualifications
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Working knowledge of Excel, and experience utilizing software or technology to support processes.
- Experience in a customer-facing, customer support role in a professional environment supporting administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews, customer contacts, etc.
What’s Needed – Preferred Qualifications
- Prior HR experience a plus.
- Prior experience with applicant tracking system or standard professional networking sites (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed).
- Prior staffing or MSP experience.
