Posiiton Summary
As a growing company, we are seeking a skilled Website and SEO Specialist to take ownership of our website’s performance, user experience, and organic search visibility. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who excels in both the technical and creative aspects of website management and SEO.
Reporting to the Lifecycle Marketing Manager as part of our Demand Generation Team, this newly created role focuses on user experience initiatives throughout the customer journey, driving marketing campaign effectiveness, enhancing customer experiences, and amplifying the InEight brand.
- This is a full-time remote position.
Responsibilities
Website Management & Optimization
- Create, edit, QA, and publish website pages and assets using a publishing tool while supporting web content management via auditing, updating, and retiring content.
- Maintain InEight website compliance by implementing governance procedures and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and agency partners to manage web production assignments, address technical challenges, and ensure seamless execution by overseeing timelines, milestones, and communication.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on website performance to identify areas for improvement and generate actionable, data-driven insights that optimize and enhance site performance and user experience.
- Execute against a collaborative web testing and personalization roadmap, focusing on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and other engagement metrics.
SEO Strategy & Management
- Conduct keyword research, perform competitive analysis, and monitor SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, and other platforms.
- Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues related to site architecture, crawlability, indexability, and internal linking.
- Ensure proper implementation of Google Analytics, Google Search Console and other SEO tools for accurate tracking and reporting.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to maintain competitive search performance, enhance content recommendations, drive personalization, and boost user engagement.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in website management and SEO; B2B experience preferred.
- Proficiency in WordPress
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO and website management.
- Knowledge of user experience best practices, and inbound marketing strategies.
- Experience using analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, SEMRush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
- Expertise in SEO best practices, including technical SEO and on-page optimization.
- Exceptional attention to detail, excellent time-management, organizational, and project management skills from inception through execution.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret insights and provide actionable recommendations.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
