As the Brand Lead, the candidate will be responsible for shaping and driving the company’s brand identity, ensuring it resonates with our mission, stakeholders, and target audiences. They will lead strategic branding initiatives, develop marketing campaigns, and champion the organization’s vision to establish WeGro as a trusted leader in the Bangladeshi agri fintech community.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a cohesive brand strategy aligned with the company’s mission to empower farmers and enhance agrifinancial inclusion.
- Identify market trends and customer insights to drive innovative branding initiatives.
- Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all touchpoints, including digital platforms, offline marketing, and customer communication.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and customer acquisition.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including farmers, fintech partners, government entities, and investors.
- Set performance goals and provide guidance to ensure the team’s success.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 4+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or communications, preferably in fintech, agritech, or related industries.
