What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Utilize subject matter expertise to provide benefits consulting to employees
- Conduct research, analysis, evaluation, and administration of health benefits and retirement plans
- Ensure compliance with benefit laws and regulations
- Demonstrate strong customer service and team collaboration
- Maintain accurate records and perform bookkeeping functions related to benefits administration
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field, or five (5) years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience with health benefits and retirement plan administration
- Strong knowledge of benefit laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and Excel skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal English

- Experience with HRIS/export interaction
- Proven ability to demonstrate customer service and team focus
- Familiarity with health, welfare, and retirement benefit plans
- Bookkeeping experience with strong reconciliation and analysis skills
