What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Utilize subject matter expertise to provide benefits consulting to employees
• Conduct research, analysis, evaluation, and administration of health benefits and retirement plans
• Ensure compliance with benefit laws and regulations
• Demonstrate strong customer service and team collaboration
• Maintain accurate records and perform bookkeeping functions related to benefits administration

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field, or five (5) years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience with health benefits and retirement plan administration
• Strong knowledge of benefit laws and regulations
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and Excel skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal English

• Experience with HRIS/export interaction
• Proven ability to demonstrate customer service and team focus
• Familiarity with health, welfare, and retirement benefit plans
• Bookkeeping experience with strong reconciliation and analysis skills
