Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to manage day-to-day design tasks, including creating compelling product campaigns for both new and existing product launches. The role will focus on building brand awareness and attracting new leads through high-quality digital and print designs, while ensuring consistent adherence to brand guidelines.

Core Responsibilities

  • Design for Digital and Print Media: Create professional and effective designs for websites, social media, email campaigns, trade show materials, packaging, brochures, and more.
  • Branding and Visual Identity: Maintain and evolve the company’s visual identity to align with brand strategy.
  • Software Proficiency: Use industry-standard tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) to create designs.
  • Production Knowledge: Understand pre-press and print production processes to ensure designs are production-ready.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Creativity and Conceptual Thinking: Bring innovative ideas and concepts to life, incorporating the latest trends and best practices in B2B and B2C marketing.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the marketing team, content creators, product managers, and other stakeholders to bring design concepts to life.
  • Attention to Detail: Deliver high-quality work with a keen eye for detail and minimal revisions.

Key Qualifications

  • Strong design experience in both digital and print media.
  • Expertise in maintaining and evolving brand identity.
  • Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and digital asset management.
  • Knowledge of production processes and pre-press requirements.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong creativity and ability to problem-solve.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • English Proficiency: The candidate will require very strong English skills.
  • Experience: At least 5-7 years of proven experience in graphic design.
  • A portfolio showcasing previous work is required for consideration. Shortlisted candidates will also need to complete a design assignment.

Success Factors

  • Produce graphic design collateral for ad hoc projects, 4-6 product launches per year, and various brand awareness campaigns.
  • Ensure brand consistency and accuracy in all design work.
  • Deliver high-quality layout and typography with refined attention to detail.
  • Complete projects on time, with strong communication throughout the process.
