Through our passion for innovation and environmental sustainability, we are moving into a new chapter of expansion dedicated to decking, sustainable housing and more. About You

You are, like us, curious by nature and always looking for ways to improve things. A self-starter and independent thinker who can roll with the punches in changing times to find creative solutions. With a blend of experience and zest, you are our Marketing Lead. You will play a crucial role as a guardian of our brand and a marketing partner as we diversify our business.

You will have:

  • 5+ years of applied experience in digital marketing, SEO, website development, social media, product marketing etc.
  • Experience with developing a team as the business evolves.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data, track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions for various sales channels and distribution methods.
  • Confidence in your ability to hit the ground running and the willingness to learn and be part of an evolving environment eager to drive change for a difference.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and assets for the greater company vision and its products.
  • Collaborate with the current marketing function and grow the team to strengthen the culture of creativity and excellence.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
  • Identify marketing opportunities and drive solution strategies for customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the bigger picture for the business’ vision and goals.

  • Increased Brand Awareness: Enhance Straightcurve’s visibility and presence across various platforms and develop the identity for its new division – Ignition Chamber.
  • Effective Campaigns: Design and execute marketing campaigns that engage and convert our target audience.
  • Optimised Performance: Drive lead generation and conversion rate to achieve marketing ROI targets.
  • Team Growth: Develop and lead a marketing team that embodies Straightcurve’s values of continuous improvement.
  • Innovation: Introduce new marketing strategies and appropriate technologies/processes to develop the business expansion.

Location:

Bunbury, WA; hybrid arrangement to WFH and in-office 1-2 times a week.
