GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB

Provide support to the information technology team in responding to a broad spectrum of multi-facility, companywide, technical issues; assist employees at every level in the organization with trouble-shooting minor to highly technical systems and applications issues; assist in monitoring technical processes and procedures that support business needs; and assist in the installation of systems and applications while supporting company goals and objectives.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Perform the duties of IT Tech Lvl 1 as needed
  • Onboarding and offboarding employees
  • Perform discovery for infrastructure updates and push to update workflow
  • Perform infrastructure updates as assigned
  • Record and maintain IT-related assets and information, including warranties and licenses
  • Actively participate in departmental and cross-departmental meetings
  • Offer constructive ideas and suggestions for consideration to Team that assist towards company goals and objectives
  • Assist in departmental and cross-departmental projects
  • Demonstrate regular, predictable attendance
  • Design, deploy and support scripts from common scripting languages
  • Perform IS updates as needed
  • Perform other tasks and duties as requested by supervisor

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • This position does not have supervisory responsibilities

Education And/Or Experience

  • Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school in related field; or one to two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Language Skills

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization

Mathematical Skills

  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry
  • Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations

REASONING ABILITY

  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form

  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff
  • Ability to consistently and independently problem solve and achieve objectives

The Pay Range For This Role Is

24.09 – 29.44 USD per hour(Business Office)
