Title: Vice President of Claim Operations

Location: Torrance, CA

Compensation: \(250k – \)300k On-Target Earnings

Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and seasoned executive to lead our Claim Operations team. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you will play a pivotal role in steering operational excellence across all claims functions, including field operations and adjusting processes. Your leadership will be instrumental in achieving service standards and enhancing both employee engagement and network satisfaction, as reflected in our Net Promoter Scores (NPS).

Key Responsibilities

Compensation And Benefits

  • Competitive compensation package of \(250k – \)300k On-Target Earnings (OTE)
  • Base salary of \(175k plus performance-based bonuses of \)30k quarterly, uncapped.
  • 401k with a 10% match (eligible after 1 year of service).
