In this pivotal role, you will apply your clinical expertise to formulate and assess treatment plans, conduct comprehensive psychosocial evaluations, and maintain accurate daily progress notes within our electronic health records system. Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and evaluate treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to inform care strategies.
  • Maintain up-to-date daily progress notes in electronic health records.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and weekly case consultation sessions.

Required Skills

  • LCSW-C, LCPC, or LCMFT licensure is mandatory.
  • A valid Maryland mental health license.
  • Capacity to conduct a minimum of 8 client sessions each week.
  • An energetic and motivated disposition.
  • Reliable access to high-speed internet.

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in computer systems, with experience in AdvancedMD EHR considered advantageous.

Qualifications

  • Required licenses: LCSW-C, LCPC, or LCMFT.
  • An active Maryland license is essential.

Compensation And Benefits

  • This position comes with a competitive salary ranging from \(58,000 to \)85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
