What We’re Looking For
- A passionate Regional Training Manager dedicated to coaching and developing high-performing restaurant teams across the region.
- Strong leadership skills to identify and develop top talent within your region, fostering a strong team environment.
- A problem-solving mindset to continuously refine and optimize training programs to ensure they directly translate to improved restaurant performance.
- A proven ability to analyze restaurant operations data and identify training opportunities to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction within your region.
- Experience in effectively introducing and driving adoption of new training initiatives and procedures across multiple QSR locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, organizing, and facilitating training programs tailored to meet the needs of employees at all levels.
- Implement engaging learning sessions aligned with our company culture and business goals, utilizing various delivery methods.
- Collaborate closely with the organization leaders and management to identify leadership potential within the organization.
- Develop and mentor team members to enhance performance and improve program effectiveness.
- Coordinate training development plans across regions to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on designing and delivering impactful training programs.
- Strong understanding of QSR or a similar industry’s operations.
- Demonstrated ability to assess training needs, develop targeted learning strategies, and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Proven ability to leverage adult learning theory to design and implement training programs that drive operational excellence and consistent adherence to standards.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with across teams.
