Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic partnership sales plan to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
  • Identify and prospect potential partners within the food manufacturing industry, including distributors, retailers, and other strategic alliances.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and new partners to maximize sales opportunities and achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and operations to align partnership initiatives with company goals.
  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions with partners, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that align with company policies and objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics, including sales data, market trends, and partner feedback, to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Provide regular reporting on partnership activities, sales forecasts, and progress towards goals to senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify new partnership opportunities and innovative sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor, Partnership Manager, or similar role in the food manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of partnership sales strategies, negotiation techniques, and contract management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
