Position Title: Chief Academic Officer
Location: Administration Office
Reports to: Superintendent
Job Summary:
To improve academic achievement for all District students by providing leadership and assistance in the areas of curriculum development and implementation, professional development and assessment with a focus on needs related to school improvement plans. This includes the responsibility to plan, direct, organize, coordinate, implement, monitor, and manage all district (K-12) educational and instructional programs.As The Chief Academic Officer, You Will
- Develop and Implement Academic Strategies: Lead the design and execution of innovative curriculum, instruction, and assessment practices that improve student achievement.
- Foster a Culture of Excellence and Equity: Promote inclusivity and equitable access to high-quality education for all students.
- Strengthen Leadership and Collaboration: Support principals, teachers, and staff in implementing best practices and achieving district goals.
- Leverage Data to Inform Decisions: Use data analytics to identify strengths, address challenges, and continuously improve student outcomes.
- Cultivate Community Partnerships: Work collaboratively with families, community stakeholders, and local organizations to enhance educational opportunities and support student success.

Salary Range/Benefits: In accordance with the Act 93 Agreement – (Range A) Starting at $131,316
