What You’ll Do

• Drive initiatives to onboard, develop, and retain talent aligned with our goals.
• Champion Ekumen’s culture, values, and employee experience.
• Foster collaboration and transparency across teams through internal communication strategies (policies, handbook, internal procedures, etc.).
• Analyze our employee journey to design initiatives that create value at every step of our careers.
• End-to-end cultural events and social gatherings.
• Design and manage DEI, recognition programs.
• Measure engagement and use insights to continuously improve culture.
• Strive to convey and adopt the highest level of work quality and ethics with customers and peers.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–4 years of experience in culture or engagement roles, ideally in tech or remote-first environments.
• Experience with building and promoting culture within distributed and multicultural teams.
• Demonstrated experience in analyzing employee engagement data and translating insights into actionable plans
• Strong communication and organizational skills to collaborate across teams.
