Who We Are Looking for

The Vice President of Business Development is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving growth, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding market share within the healthcare industry. This position requires a forward-thinking leader with a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a proven track record in business development. The VP will play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities, cultivating strategic alliances, and steering the company toward long-term success.

Responsibilities

• ?Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy
• Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders
• Lead initiatives to expand into new markets
• Oversee initiatives to increase revenue streams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)?????
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related leadership role, with at least 5 years in the healthcare sector.
• Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and building strategic partnerships.
• Deep knowledge of the healthcare industry, including regulatory frameworks, payer systems, and emerging trends.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
