Job Responsibilities
Key Missions
You will be part of VIC & Client development team, within the International Sales Direction, supporting the team in the implementation of strategic relationship actions aimed at improving the loyalty and development of our clients as well as the recruitment of potential prospects.
Reporting to the VIC & CLIENT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER you will take part in the following missions:
- CLIENTELING ANIMATIONS
You will participate in defining the overall client activation strategy through events:
- Define clienteling animation plans to support brand moment such as collection launches and local celebrations in collaboration with Regions (i.e in-store animations, out-store events, Mother’s day, CNY… personalized services, etc.)
- Be the key partner of our clienteling community to build client moment actions plan all along the year ( special occasion as birthday, wedding …)
- Follow-up and coordination of these WW action plans in collaboration with HQ departments (Image, VM, Product, CRM, etc.)
- Involvement in the creation of new event concepts
- Support the wholesale team in defining and organizing targeted clients’ events and collaborations
- CLIENT EVENTS ORGANIZATION
You will guide the regions into setting up events and will be responsible for carrying them out.:.
- Supporting Regions in their organization
- Supervising the excellence of their realization
- Tracking performance and KPI’s
- Monitoring budgets
- Analyzing competition
- CLIENT RELATION TOOLS
You will take part in improving client knowledge through the various tools and actions developed within the Maison:
- Participating in the definition of client tools: invitations, e-invitations, goodies etc.
- Proposing new ideas and defining guidelines
- Development of clienteling performance dashboards for all animations in collaboration with CRM teams
- Monitoring competitive intelligence and adapting the suggested offer to the store network
- GIFTING
You will be involved in the definition of the client gifting strategy.
- Creating a catalog of customer gifts and experiences
- Coordinating the processes regarding gifts purchasing, price, production etc.
- Defining the objectives by region and measuring their performance / ROI
- Monitoring competitive intelligence regularly for benchmarks, proposing new ideas
Profile
Education: University degree or Business School degree in Marketing Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, organized, responsive with good interpersonal skills Client centric approach Commercial mindset Creative profile Fluent in English Excellent knowledge of digital media & tools 6/8 years of experience, ideally with a background in Operational Marketing or Clienteling
