Sales:
- Expertly promote and sell Maison Francis Kurkdjian products.
- Inspire clients with your fragrance knowledge.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets set by your line manager.
- Understand and meet Key Product Indicators (KPIs).
Service:
- Offer personalized product recommendations and confidently address client objections.
- Demonstrate products and explain their benefits.
- Engage with customers, build personal relationships, and foster loyalty.
- Educate clients about Maison Francis Kurkdjian products and the brand.
General:
- Manage merchandise in line with Corporate guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels and report issues.
- Perform operational and administrative tasks.
- Adhere to company and store policies and procedures.
- Represent the brand professionally at all times.
