Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Epic & Workday Training Manager with at least 10 years of experience in managing and delivering comprehensive training programs within healthcare organizations. This role is responsible for assessing, designing, implementing, and overseeing training initiatives related to Epic and Workday systems, aimed at enhancing staff competence, improving user adoption, and ensuring the optimal utilization of these platforms across our healthcare organization.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with deep expertise in both Epic and Workday systems, as well as proven experience in managing training teams, and delivering high-quality, role-specific training. This role will work closely with clinical, administrative, and technical teams to understand their training needs and ensure all employees are proficient in utilizing the systems to meet organizational goals effectively.

Qualifications

Knowledge and Skills Required

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, information systems, education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in training management, specifically within healthcare settings, with expertise in Epic and Workday training.
  • Certifications: Certification in Epic (e.g., Epic Credentialed Trainer, Epic Proficient/Certified) and Workday (e.g., Workday Pro Certification) preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic and Workday, with in-depth knowledge of system workflows, report generation, and healthcare compliance requirements.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience in team management, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with experience in assessing training effectiveness, conducting gap analyses, and implementing improvements.

Education And Experience Preferred

  • Master’s Degree
