What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Support sustainability initiatives by tracking, managing, and analyzing sustainability-related data for reporting
• Maintain tools and systems for managing sustainability metrics and reporting
• Conduct quality assurance and quality control on sustainability data
• Complete investor and external reporting requirements, such as GRESB and CDP
• Create compelling visuals and narratives to support updates to the employer’s ESG Report and policies

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, data science, sustainability, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Experience managing, analyzing, and communicating complex data sets
• Demonstrated success in KPI measurement and tracking
• Exceptional attention to detail and project management skills
• Strong communication and data visualization skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Knowledge of sustainability and EHS standards and frameworks such as GHG Protocol, UN Sustainable Development Goals, SASB, GRESB, CDP, TCFD, ISO
• Proficiency with MS Office, Power BI/Sigma (or similar), Power Automate, and SharePoint
