What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to verify and document required information for insurance applications
• Accurately document information and maintain records within the Quality Assurance database
• Explain the application process to potential customers and address their inquiries
• Meet departmental key performance indicators (KPIs) while maintaining reliable attendance
• Participate in special projects that may involve making numerous outbound calls

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Superior customer service skills with a friendly and efficient demeanor
• Proficient in Microsoft Office systems, including Outlook, Teams, and Word
• Ability to multi-task and work within a highly structured schedule

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Knowledge of medical terminology and spelling
• Desire to learn and grow within the company
