What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Gather, elicit, analyze, document, and validate business area requirements for processes, policies, and information systems
• Lead user acceptance testing, including documentation, verification, and release processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in systems, software, and processes in collaboration with stakeholders
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of business systems and user needs
• Monitor project status to identify risks and ensure timely deliverables

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in functional, operational, business, data, systems, or testing analysis
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
