What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Manage high-volume incoming calls, focusing on scheduling, rescheduling, cancellations, confirmations, and insurance verification
  • Schedule clients across multiple medical offices while considering location, facility capabilities, and insurance requirements
  • Communicate effectively with clients and medical professionals to ensure a smooth scheduling process
  • Maintain organized workload and prioritize tasks to promote prompt and courteous service
  • Serve as a resource for both internal and external customers, ensuring a high level of service and accuracy

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience with excellent communication skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities, including active listening
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer screens while actively listening and entering information
  • Experience working with EMR systems; familiarity with EPIC Hyperdrive is a plus
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
  • Previous experience in hospitals or medical practices
