About the Role:
As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll play a vital role in our customers’ success by building meaningful relationships and helping them maximize the value of our platform. You’ll be at the forefront of customer interactions, offering support, guidance, and expertise while collaborating closely with our sales and product teams to ensure customers achieve their business goals.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on solving problems, has a passion for customer support, and loves working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What You’ll Do:
• Customer Onboarding & Training: Guide new customers through setup, training, and adoption of our platform. Our customers are presently based throughout the United States & Canada.
• Relationship Building: Become the trusted “go-to” contact for customers, fostering long-term relationships.
• Support Excellence: Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, video calls, email, and live chat.
• Process Optimization: Create and update support documentation, guides, and processes to improve efficiency.
• Customer Retention: Understand customer needs, proactively address challenges, and focus on long-term retention.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams to communicate feedback and suggest improvements.
• Problem Solving: Devise creative solutions to customer issues and identify ways to exceed their expectations.
• Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date on platform features and updates, ensuring customers benefit from the latest innovations.
What We’re Looking For:
• Education: University degree or college diploma.
• Experience: 2+ years in a customer-facing role (e.g., customer support, account management, or sales).
• Skills:
• Exceptional verbal and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Empathy and active listening skills.
• Confidence in navigating challenging situations and conversations.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Bonus Points:
• Previous experience in a SaaS environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot (or similar platforms).
