(b) Design a Pilates, Rehab, Strength, and Conditioning training program for an athlete understanding the requirements of the sport or any individual (client) who is dedicated to working on his own fitness.
(c) Deliver the training with correct commands, focus on the technique, reviewing the posture and be close to the athlete/client during the session.
(d) Keep the track of the athletes/clients progress or problems or improvement and report the same to the Head of Sports Rehabilitation.
(e) Arrange the equipments back to the desired location after finishing the session, asking the housekeeping to clean certain area or equipment, requiring attention.
(f) Manage and train the junior employees and observes placed under the Employee, in terms of their awareness of rehab processes adopted by the Employer
(h) Remain punctual and diligent towards all of the Employees appointments with patients, athletes or others, and inform the Supervisor and the Employer’s operations manager in the event of any delay or cancellation
(i) Keep the Employers work premises neat and hygienic, and store the Employee’s belongings in the designated staff room
(j) Maintain the strictest confidentiality of discussions relating to any patient/athlete, whether with the patient/athlete or any other discussions with colleagues (all such discussions must take place inside a private room)
(k) Maintain healthy and comfortable work atmosphere
(l) Discuss all requirements or other concerns with the supervisor in advance to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of work at the Employers premises.
