SOC Project Manager

Objective: Manage shifts and all operations & projects of Cyber Security Operation Center (C-SOC)

Location: Delhi (AAI Chanakyapuri)

Required Experience: Minimum 7 years post qualification working experience out of which at least five years should be in administering the operations and project of Security Operation Center (SOC)

Education Qualification: B.Tech./ B.E./ M.Tech/ M.E. in Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Electronics & Communications/ Electronics & Telecommunications/ Electronics/ MCA/ M.Sc. (Computer Science)

Major Deliverables:

• Manage Shifts, coordination of Tasks assigned to deployed Manpower, Assist AAI Officials, Completion of all activities assigned as per tender requirement, coordination and escalation Handling, Policies and procedure development after discussion with AAI.
• Supervise Security Operations team
• Ensure 24 X 7 monitoring of SOC.
• Keeping accurate and thorough documentation of all activities of SOC.
• Ensure co-ordination with other teams for early completion of assigned work.
• Support security audits

Essential Attributes:

• Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP)/ Agile Project Management/ Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
• Exposure To – Project Lifecycle Management, Team Leadership and Collaboration, Stakeholder Management, Risk Management and Mitigation, Project Tools and Software, Change Management
• Knowledge of – project management frameworks, project planning techniques and milestone tracking, risk assessment techniques, financial management practices, communication strategies, team dynamics, ability to produce status reports, project dashboards, and executive summaries
