- Work closely with a team of sales executives and apply leadership.
- Play a crucial role in achieving sales targets, expanding the customer base and driving revenue growth.
- Analyze sales data and contribute valuable insights and recommendations to drive informed decision making.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for profitable growth.

Functional Expertise
- Accountable for visibility through extensive QR and soundbox deployment, as well as the sale of our product.
- You should be planning the market size, span, and geographies for Field Sales Executives (FSE) and Team Leaders (TL).
- Monitoring the quality parameters as suggested by management, validating and conducting audits on acquisitions and sales done by the team, and ensuring that team members are in the market where sales and usage are done regularly.
Interaction
- Identifying and recruiting a sales team to align and drive business in the market.
Problem Solving
- Growing our distribution and market share in the assigned area of operations.
- Devise the best methods for communicating plans and targets to the team to minimize the expectations versus delivery gap.

Qualification & Experience (type & industry)
- Candidate needs to be Graduate / MBA with good academic record
- Should have at least 5-10 year experience in sales and business development.

- Good networking capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skilled in coaching and mentoring, with the ability to quickly grasp and apply new ideas and concepts.
