Job Description

• Work in a fast-paced emergency room environment providing optimal patient care.
• Engage in critical thinking and quick decision-making to handle emergencies.
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records using Epic charting systems.
• Participate in a comprehensive 16-hour orientation program, including non-billable modules.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including vaccine compliance.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members.
• Navigate patient care with cultural competency and sensitivity.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability, with availability to cover holiday shifts as needed.
