Qualified Candidates Will
Possess 2 to 3 years’ full-cycle videography experience
Have achieved a bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Be fluent in “video production” – lighting, sound, composition
- Be an engaging communicator and excellent interviewer
- Embrace social media and engages effectively
- Provide references
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to develop video concepts and storyboards
- Ensure all video content aligns with the company’s brand and messaging
- Plan, shoot, and edit two new pieces of video content weekly
- Conduct site analytics, SEO optimization, and more
- Produce monthly webinars
- Design website graphics and enhancements
- Serve as backup to the Digital Content Manager
- Pursue continual education and training (learning tools like HubSpot, new apps)
- Understand how to apply analysis to track and measure progress/achievement
