Principal Responsibilities:
- Supporting Pet Executive Team in extracting reporting from our data tables and systems of record (SORs)
- Partner with Application Development Teams to improve information flow across the organization and understand the impacts of weekly releases on downstream data and reporting
- Organize multiple data sources and tables to build and prepare data foundations for each business use case
- Will be responsible for UAT & QA testing, data analysis, data visualization, measurement, and analytics
- Work closely with Pet Executive Team to review and monitor reporting requirements. This is a very technical hands-on role and is responsible for the functional design of the end-to-end data process
- Work with business owners and data scientists to translate given business problems into analytical solutions with defined outcomes
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Constantly analyze existing processes and systems to identify opportunities for automation and optimization
- Collaborate on Cross-Functional Projects: Work closely with various departments to identify automation opportunities and implement cross-functional solutions, driving organization-wide efficiency improvements
- Perform other related duties as assigned or required

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies Required:
- 5+ years of relevant experience (Pet Insurance knowledge a plus)
- Expert proficiency in SQL required
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel required (VBA a plus)
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong project management skills including problem solving, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and decisiveness
- Ability to work autonomously; effectively handle multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines appropriately and remain flexible
- HS Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
The salary range for applicants for this position is 80,000 – 110,000.
