About The Role
- Westwin Elements is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of laboratory experience and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry. The Lab Technician will be responsible for operating analytical and other laboratory equipment, preparing reports, developing procedures for laboratory operations, and training new lab technicians on the use of analytical instruments.
What you”ll do
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot analytical and laboratory equipment.
- Conduct tests and analyses accurately, ensuring data reliability and validity.
- Prepare detailed reports of experimental results and findings.
- Develop, document, and implement procedures for the proper operation of laboratory equipment.
- Train new laboratory technicians to operate analytical instruments effectively and in compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records, including test results and equipment calibration logs.
- Collaborate with team members to support R&D projects and ensure lab efficiency.
- Follow and enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all laboratory and regulatory standards.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of lab supplies and equipment.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a laboratory setting.
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining analytical instruments and laboratory equipment.
- Strong understanding of laboratory safety procedures and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Effective communication skills for training and report preparation.

The Pay Range For This Role Is
60,000 – 70,000 USD per year(Lawton Plant)
