Job Description
Plan, design, develop and implement management and staff training for the organization. Perform interventions and coaches for the purpose of individual and/or organization improvement. Consults, evaluates and coaches areas based on Patient and Employee Engagement. Designs and implements customized organizational learning and development interventions for assigned audiences to drive change and hardwire Commitment to Exceptionalism across AnMed. Collaborates with the Director of Training and Organizational Development to prioritize the implementation of organizational initiatives and leads these initiatives when applicable.
Education/Qualifications
- Minimum education requirement: Bachelor’s required, master’s preferred in HRD, Org. Dev., Nursing or Clinical Field. Knowledge of adult learning principles required.
- Three (3) years in healthcare and management experience strongly preferred.
- Five (5) years in Organizational Development or related field required.
- Excellent coaching/ consulting, interpersonal, facilitation, and presentation skills required. Must be able to make formal presentations to diverse professional and medical audiences. Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously is critical.
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office software preferred.
- Knowledge of operation of computer, AV/multimedia, and digital equipment a plus.
