We are seeking an Affiliate and Influencer Marketing Manager to support our marketing strategies for Studio McGee, Inc. You will be responsible for managing affiliate and influencer efforts, developing relationships with key partners, cultivating campaigns, and tracking performance. Key responsibilities include recruiting publishers, negotiating partnerships, managing creator relationships, tracking KPIs, and optimizing marketing efforts. The ideal candidate has a strong partnership marketing background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to drive impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead partnerships team and own full channel performance, managing and reporting on all influencer and affiliate initiatives.
  • Engage in day-to-day affiliate marketing activities cultivating network of influencer, editorial, subnetwork, and reward publishers.
  • Continuously foster long-term and meaningful relationships with McGee & Co.’s network of publishers, creators, and brand partners.
  • Aid paid, social, and creative teams with development creator content to utilize for ongoing UGC initiatives.
  • Curate impactful creator and affiliate campaigns with an emphasis on reaching new audiences and driving conversion.
  • Monitor and analyze influencer and affiliate channel performance daily, leveraging data to adjust strategies to reach business goals, optimize ROAS, and enhance core channel KPIs.
  • Author detailed monthly channel reports and support with campaign-specific reports to share back with internal stakeholders and executive team.
  • Oversee, forecast, and report on budget across the entire partnerships program (affiliate and influencer).
  • Facilitate operational planning for gifting, events, and other team-wide initiatives to support seasonal launches, promotional campaigns, and additional company projects.
  • Act as a liaison between McGee & Co. and publishers to maintain consistent flow of information, educational assets, and brand updates to inform and inspire key partners.
  • Pinpoint new partnership opportunities by actively keeping a pulse on emerging influencers, publishers, and trends.
  • Support Influencer Marketing Coordinator in Ambassador Program management, product gifting, and creator communications.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of relevant marketing experience, including a focus of scaling affiliate programs and developing influencer campaigns.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms.
  • CreatorIQ and Awin preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets, utilizing technology such as Northbeam and Google Analytics.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and hundreds of partners at once.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate strategically with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of digital and brand marketing trends.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field (or equivalent experience).
