Remote MAVENT Specialist – Alerts & Fails Resolution | WFH

Join our dynamic team as a MAVENT Specialist, where your attention to detail and analytical prowess will be integral in the mortgage industry. In this remote position, you will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless and accurate processing of mortgage loans by effectively managing alerts and system failures within our MAVENT platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as an Alerts Specialist by actively monitoring the MAVENT system for alerts and failures concerning points, fees, compliance issues, and other essential elements.
• Diagnose and resolve the root causes of alerts and system failures, employing analytical skills to propose effective solutions.
• Collaborate with various teams within the organization, including Compliance, Operations, and the Lock Desk, to swiftly address and rectify issues.
• Identify and recommend enhancements to the MAVENT system to mitigate future alerts and failures.
• Stay informed about mortgage regulations, including QM, Non-QM, and state-specific guidelines, to ensure compliance.
• Mentor and provide training to colleagues on best practices for resolving alerts.

Required Skills

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience with MAVENT or similar mortgage software.
• Comprehensive knowledge of mortgage lending principles, compliance regulations, points and fees, and Lock Desk operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a track record of diagnosing complex issues.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with the Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS) is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in mortgage processing or with MAVENT software.
• Proven experience in the mortgage industry demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
