We are seeking a dedicated Customer Consultant II to play a crucial role in ensuring our customers excel by maximizing their utilization of our innovative products. In this remote position, you will collaborate with a dynamic team to support various stakeholders within the insurance industry, including agencies, MGAs, and carriers, to provide tailored solutions that enhance productivity and drive business outcomes. Your expertise will be instrumental in enabling both new and existing clients to derive maximum value from their investments.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to meet their business objectives utilizing our solutions, including AMS360 and additional products.
- Facilitate best practice sessions, tune-ups, and workshops to enhance customer success and solution adoption.
- Assess customer requirements, identify improvement areas, and recommend solutions that lead to their financial success.
- Stay informed on developments in the insurance sector, particularly concerning data and analytics.
- Monitor training effectiveness and ensure the successful implementation of new tools and practices.
- Partner with leadership to evaluate the impact of initiatives and continually enhance customer experiences.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, onsite training, or consulting, ideally in a SaaS or Data Analytics setting or within the insurance industry.
- Proven experience collaborating with senior executives at large organizations (revenue of $100M+).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, simplifying complex ideas.
- Proficiency in desktop applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; familiarity with SQL is a bonus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the capability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- High attentiveness to detail and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
