Requirements
- Education: Related degree preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping experience.
- Strong knowledge of A/R, A/P, and QuickBooks Desktop.
- Language Skills: Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Skills:
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in managing accounts and transactions for multiple companies.
- Ability to create and maintain organized filing systems (electronic and physical).
Responsibilities
- Record and maintain daily financial transactions in QuickBooks.
- Manage A/R and A/P, including invoicing customers and communications regarding payments.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, for financial and administrative records.
- Support administrative tasks, including correspondence and organizational activities.
- Create financial reports and assist in budgeting and financial planning.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize accounting and administrative workflows.
- Provide support in resolving billing discrepancies and addressing vendor or customer inquiries.
