Position Summary

The E-Commerce Analyst plays a key role in driving data-informed decisions to optimize the performance of digital and e-commerce channels. This position is responsible for analysing website & application usage, performance metrics, and market trends, while ensuring the accuracy and compliance of the information. By transforming complex data into actionable insights, the E-Commerce Analyst helps optimize conversion rates, improve customer satisfaction, and align with broader business objectives.

A day in the life of an E-Commerce Analyst

  • Prepare and analyze operational reports: Conduct regular analysis of website content performance, email campaigns, and ad-hoc reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Monitor performance tracking: Ensure accurate usage of tracking tools and adherence to performance measurement guidelines.
  • Support digital marketing and performance activities: Provide data-driven insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Analyze website usage and search trends: Track and analyze website visitor behavior and Google Search trends to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Executes E2E Digital Performance analysis activities, on time and quality, based on yearly activity plans and based on all available data and solutions.
  • Support SEO activities: Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving organic search performance and visibility.
  • Utilize advanced analytics tools: Leverage tools like Google Analytics, heatmaps, and screen recordings to uncover valuable insights.
  • Generate actionable insights: Translate analysis into clear recommendations to drive business performance improvements.

You are the perfect candidate if you have:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce and/or performance marketing field with strong focus on handling and understanding data
  • Strong technical skills, including high-level knowledge of Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights, clearly communicated through charts and graphs
  • A structured and detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage tasks with precision and accuracy.
  • A strong interest in driving business results, improving customer satisfaction, and fostering team collaboration in an efficient and effective way.
  • A proactive and curious approach to learning and solving problems, combined with a passion for data-driven decision-making
