Location: NYC Metro Area (Onsite/working from field offices)

Job Type: Full Time Onsite Monday-Friday (8:30AM-5:15PM)

Job Description: Bradford Construction is seeking an Administrative Document Control candidate for our New York office. This individual should be skilled in the use of technology and be able to communicate and coordinate with a team to complete tasks on a deadline.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Process and maintain document control files in accordance with project document procedures.
  • Assist Project Managers and staff with all matters related to project documents.
  • Prepare transmittals and retrieve documents when needed.
  • Scanning, electronic filing and distribution of documents. This includes both internal and external technical submittals, project reports, Requests for Information, and contract plans.

Minimum Requirements

  • A minimum of two (2) years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant or Document Control clerk, preferably within the construction industry.
  • An understanding of the construction process and coordination in the industry is highly desirable; if not experienced in this field, a strong interest and willingness/ability to learn is a must.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Must be able to produce accurate and timely results.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.

Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience.

Salary

$60,000—$65,000 USD
