WORKFLOW DOCUMENTATION COORDINATOR
Position Summary
The Workflow Documentation Coordinator is responsible for drafting, publishing and maintaining all workflow documents for all the ASO Call Center Books of Business in SharePoint. This includes but not limited to ASO Medical, Dental and RX training and workflow documents.
Essential Functions
- Review and process all ASO intakes submissions and requests in a timely manner.
- Draft, publish and maintain all workflow documents.?
- Seek out improvement opportunities; streamlining procedures and workflows to improve efficiency?
- Uphold workflow compliance and quality expectations established within the call center when processing all requests?
- Other duties as assigned??
EDUCATION
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience And Skills
- Experience in a Health Insurance and Customer Service call center environment is strongly preferred.???????
- The position requires a thorough understanding of Microsoft Word, Adobe Reader, particularly with respect to formatting Word documents.
