CX Data & Insights Analyst
Your New Role…
As an Analyst for CX Data & Insights, you will play a pivotal role in telling our customers’ stories and ensuring their voices are heard across CX, Tech, and Product touchpoints. This role is focused on the creation of deep dive and quick-turn CX insight artifacts, including ongoing reporting to partner teams, feedback reporting, and ad-hoc requests from stakeholders. The ideal candidate will consistently display a customer first mindset and demonstrate an ability to leverage writing, data, design, and technology skills to clearly and efficiently communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
Your Role Accountabilities…
- Support the creation of regular leadership reporting on the top things to know within the CX space.
- Own CX feedback program, ensuring delivery of consistent and actionable customer feedback data across all WBD products and regions.
- Draft high-quality, timely data deep dives in response to ad-hoc insight requests.
- Following major events/launches, use CX data to draft comprehensive readouts that effectively highlight our customers’ pain points, top opportunities, and what went well.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, helping to support business decisions as needed.
- Strive for more scalable and actionable insights through the use of technology; a mindset of continuous improvement is essential to success in this role.
Qualifications & Experience…
- 3-5 years relevant work experience
- Bachelor’s degree in related discipline and/or relevant work experience, with experience and/or demonstrated interest in the streaming/entertainment industry preferred.
- Analytically driven, with strong writing and communication skills, including being able to provide actionable insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders as well as senior leadership.
- Proficient at creating stories by leveraging both qualitative and quantitative data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite; experience with Salesforce and Looker is a plus.
- The ability to work quickly without compromising the quality or fidelity of insights.
- Familiarity with AI use cases within the CX and insights spaces and a willingness to learn more.
- Passionate about building and cultivating a best-in-class customer experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize requests effectively, balancing the needs of WBD and our customers.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $56,020.00 – $104,036.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
