What are we looking for

As the Key Accounts Manager – Marketplace, you will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts on leading e-commerce & quick commerce platforms ensuring that the brand is positioned for maximum visibility and sales success. You will act as the primary point of contact for marketplace relationships, driving strategic initiatives, optimizing product listings, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional growth.

What are your responsibilities?

  • Build & maintain strong relationships with assigned channels.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all operational and business-related communications.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance across platforms.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions. Identify growth opportunities and recommend strategies to increase revenue.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and supply chain, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and order fulfilment.
  • Coordinate with channel partners for promotional activities and product visibility campaigns.
  • Develop and execute plans to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Drive efforts to enhance customer experience and retention through assigned channels.
  • Monitor competitors and industry trends to adjust strategies and stay ahead in the marketplace environment.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to order fulfilment, inventory management, and customer feedback, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Prepare and deliver regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations to senior management.

Requirement

  • Proven experience (3+ years) managing key accounts on Indian e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong understanding of marketplace operations, including listing optimization, advertising, and account management.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales growth and operational excellence within e-commerce channels.
  • Extremely Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, analytics tools, and marketplace management software.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to resolve issues independently.
  • Can Work from In-Office (Okhla Phase 3 – New Delhi)
