Overview:
We are seeking a Content & Brand Marketer to drive our brand, content, and marketing strategies.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee the development and execution of both paid and organic campaigns, manage public relations efforts, and elevate our brand’s presence across digital and traditional platforms.
This position offers the opportunity to shape the marketing function and lead a growing team as we scale.
Key Responsibilities: Content Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and oversee the content strategy to ensure alignment with business goals and audience needs.
- Create, edit, and distribute compelling content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, social media posts) to engage our target audience.
- Monitor content performance and optimize for impact and engagement.
Brand Development:
- Strengthen the brand identity and ensure consistency across all channels.
- Develop innovative campaigns to build brand awareness and thought leadership in the healthtech space.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to ensure brand consistency in user experiences.
Paid Marketing:
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.) to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance data to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to measure success and refine strategies.
Organic Marketing & SEO:
- Oversee organic growth strategies, including social media management and community engagement.
- Implement SEO best practices to enhance visibility and drive website traffic.
- Partner with the product and content teams to deliver optimized, high-quality content.
What we are looking for:
- Strong academic background (minimum 2.1 at top university, subject not relevant)
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in startups
- Proven expertise in content marketing, brand strategy, and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of paid media, SEO, and PR practices.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
- Passion for healthcare innovation and improving patient outcomes.
