Supply Chain Analyst

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date master data, including product specifications, supplier information, and inventory details, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Ensure accurate processing of invoices by reconciling accounts payable, matching purchase orders with invoices, and resolving any discrepancies with vendors.
• Regularly update and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain efficiency, cost, and timeliness, identifying areas for improvement.
• Generate detailed reports to monitor supply chain performance and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, providing insights for decision-making.
• Manage logistics coordination to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products from suppliers to the distribution center, preventing delays.
• Oversee procurement of packaging materials, negotiating with suppliers and ensuring timely delivery to avoid disruptions in the supply chain.

You Should Have

• Advanced Level of English.
• Candidates must be based in Latin America in order to be considered for this position. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to consider candidates based in other countries.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in supply chain or a similar field.
• Proficiency in managing and maintaining databases, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for reporting and analysis purposes.
• Clear and effective communication skills to collaborate with teams and vendors, explaining complex data insights.
• A proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate and resolve challenges before they arise, and identify opportunities to improve processes.
• A willingness to expand your skills and knowledge, with enthusiasm for learning new technologies and supply chain practices to contribute to the team’s success.
