We are looking to grow our Project Management department by adding a Project manager who can help us realize this mission on a daily basis. In this critical role, you will be responsible for defining and enforcing our project quality standards to ensure the timely, quality, and affordable completion of client projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning and coordinating home modification projects, managing projects and budgets while developing standard processes for each aspect of the project that can be repeated by other team members
- Developing relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other internal stakeholders
- Preparing standardized reports and documentation for our projects, including cost estimates, progress reports, and final reports
- Enforcing our strict quality guidelines and ensuring each contractor in our network is producing quality work
- Communicating and collaborating with multiple stakeholders, including clients, general contractors, suppliers, occupational therapists, health plans, state health organizations, and other internal stakeholders, as needed
- Keep detailed records of all cases in the company’s CRM system
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience in home modification project management, construction, cost estimation, or construction related sales
- You care deeply about helping others, especially older adults
- The ability to establish a rapport with contractors across the country
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Comfortable with technology – we use Salesforce, Slack, Google Suite and love trying out new technology
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
